Sense stuck on logo

A few days ago my Sense started flipping out. It would reboot constantly and couldn't seem to get all the way to the clock face. The battery ran down completely and it stopped. Then I charged it for a day. After a few minutes plugged in the logo appeared.  Now it is just stuck on the logo screen. It is charged or it would have just died as soon as I unplugged it. I can't get it to restart. I can't access the settings to do a factory reset. So now what? Isn't there a way to reset it without it going into the app itself? I think it just got a bad or partial update and needs to update the software.

Hi @SilverSable That sounds really weird. I don't know of any way to do a factory reset except by going to the settings app on the watch. I'd suggest you contact Customer Support.  They may have a way to help you.

You can do the following to factory reset:

  • Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  • When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
