Hi,
My sense is stuck on the main screen.
not able to swipe up/down or right/left!
I have done a reset 3 times now and still nothing:(.
it keeps happening but previously resets have sorted the issue but not this time :(.
very annoying! Please help/advise.

Hi @Aire1216 - it may be unlikely but first try changing the clock face from Fitbit App.
If that makes no difference probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with deeper troubleshooting.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues.
