Hello,
i am connected to fitbit family from past 4 years. This is my second fitbit watch. Oct 2021 is my purchase date. from oct 2022 onwards i started to see the issue but as this forum suggested resolutuon of restart factory reset etc were working but only short duration. from jan 5th onwards fitbit sense is blank totally. i dont see it showing anything other than temperature symbol.. i tried multiple ways but i don't see it working. its just dead. Is fitbit worth only 1 year . how do it go about this? just trash it ? my 21K is getting thrashed is so sad and disappointing.
Any way out ? even from the app i am not abel to setup? is it just goner?

Hi @nadellasv the subject of your post says you have the Sense, but you put this in the Blaze forum area. Which device do you have? If it is the Sense, I'll move it to that area so you can get more relevant responses.
