Sense stuck on the Fitbit logo

My sense will not come on. I tried to start an “exercise” yesterday and it would just send it to the Home Screen and not start it. So I turned it off just thinking it may need to be restarted, when I tried to restart it, it would just show the Fitbit logo for a second and then go black and repeat. It’s been doing that for hours. I tried to plug it up to see if that would help and it didn’t still just doing the Fitbit logo and then black every few seconds. It’s been doing this on and off for a full day. After it does it for about 5 minutes and then it will just turn off. I try to turn it on again and it starts doing the logo and off again repeatedly.
