I tried to reset my watch and it is now stuck on the logo

Let me help you with your Sense that is stuck in the Fitbit logo. Thank you for the troublesshotting you have already tried.

Did you restart your device by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

If you see the logo and a message to download the app, follow the steps suggested in our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? > Fitbit watches and trackers. I appreciate your time in this process.
