Sense stuck on thermometer screen

My sense stopped working and the screen went blank while playing soccer. I tried to reset by holding the power button down but it didn't seem to work (no vibration). I plugged it in over night. In the morning it was stuck on the fitbit logo. Again I tried to reset but it didn't work. It would vibrate when the button was released but would not restart. I plugged it in overnight again and the next morning it was stuck on the thermometer and did not respond to button pushes or attempts to reset. I can't find any info on this specific scenario. I'd appreciate any info on what else I can do.

Thanks for the information provided about the inconvenience with your Sense.

Before considering other options, please perform a restart as suggested here.

If you continue to experience the same problem, please try these additional steps that have been useful for other users:

  1. Please sync your device in the Fitbit app.
  2. If you  can't sync:
    • Remove the device in the Fitbit app.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
    • Set up the device again.
  3. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.
