my fitbit sense is stuck with logo. No operations is possible ,how to resolve this.  Plz suggest. Thanks in advance

I'm in the same boat as you. Fitbit and googles wearables are dead to me. Off to whoop because they expect the device to die and include replacement in the cost. 

 

Edit: opened a ticket and had a chat with support. They're considering a replacement for my situation after my description of the problems in immense detail over time. More info Monday. I still order the competition device and will weigh my options once I have both in hand.

Having the same issue. Fitbit is less than two months old!!! I just set it up two weeks ago.
