Steps disappearing from app

Steps sync to app but then disappear.  No steps showing for last 4 days although exercise is syncing and remaining the steps have disappeared.  Have tried removing tracking and re installing but still no steps!

Hi @Merryll - make sure when you click the profile photo in the Fitbit App that MobileTrack is not a listed device.

It would probably be good to beef up the syncing.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices with the Fitbit App installed switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Thanks for all the advice unfortunately nothing seemed to solve the issue. Decided to try a factory reset and this seems to have sorted things out (at least for now)
