Hi. Looking for advice, though I think I’ve done all I can before contacting customer support.
My Sense is only 6 months old, a replacement for my previous sense which also played up not long after buying it!!
2 days ago it starting randomly shutting down for 10 minutes or so before starting again. I checked this forum and carried out hints and instructions ie. Forced shutdown etc and it appeared to help as all was well for 24 hours.
Then suddenly yesterday, battery was 65%, the Sense just died completely, absolutely nothing. I have tried restarting it and placing it in charge, but still after 20 hours it is still dead, any ideas?
Thank you

Hi @PDFH I am afraid you need to contact Fitbit Support again. There is nothing else you can do.

Hello @NellyG
The Fitbit support team were great, very friendly and professional, and after a few minutes came to the same conclusion and a replacement is being sent out to me as I write.
Thank you Fitbit Support Team.
