I've moved your post to the Sense board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details provided and just to confirm, do you mean the steps and heart rate aren't showing up on the watch? Or is the issue with the Fitbit app not showing this data?
As you may know, our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app. If you've installed it, please try rebooting your phone, opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the screen to force a manual sync. Then check if your details update on both your watch and the Fitbit app.
