Fitbit Sense keeps disconnecting from my iPhone

I am soooo frustrated with my Sense because it keeps disconnecting from my iPhone. I removed it to many times to count, I then reconnect to Bluetooth. I have called customer service repeated this again still not connecting. I have completely shut down my phone and rebooted. I had a Versa 2 before and i never had these problems.

@Jester09, thank you for the information and the troubleshooting steps you've followed prior to posting! I'm very sorry for the experience as well! I was informed by our Support Team that you reached out to them via chat but it seems that you lost connection in the 2 interactions that you had with them. Since they have provided assistance, I recommend updating your case or contact them one more time over the phone. You can mention that you previously reached out via chat and our team will be able to locate your case or cases and the troubleshooting steps that were suggested, this way they can continue assisting you from there.

Curious if there has been a resolution to this.  My Sense does not re-connect if I have moved away from my phone then come back to Bluetooth range.  I've tried everything in all the trouble shooting suggestions but the only way to reconnect is to open the Fitbit App on my iPhone everytime.  If I forget to do it, I miss the notifications which should be coming through on my Sense.  Incredibly frustrating!!!  My Versa didn't do this.

Mine does it too. I’ve also tried everting you have and have had no joy. I am forever having to reconnect it and then the bloody thing disconnects again. To say it’s a pain, would be an understatement. I have my phone on silent because of work and I rely on the notifications from my Fitbit to let know I’ve got a call or a text. 

Any help you or anyone could give me. Would be amazing .

I’ve had my Sense 2 for about six months and it been disconnecting from my IPad Air 4 for the last three months at a minimum. Even when I’m in the same room as my IPad and watch no more than 10 feet away. Reconnecting takes rebooting my watch 3 or 4 times.
