In the last two days Sense just stops tracking my walks and restarts by itself

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry you're having this experience with your Sense and to work on this, I went head to review your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. Your case is in good hands, so please follow their instructions and keep the communication with them. I'm sure they'll work on this matter to bring you back on track.
