Sense- three big problems

I have been trying to resolve the first problem for months, but I've recently noticed something about it.

1. The Bluetooth connection keeps dropping. According to my phone settings, it's still connected, but if I try to synch manually the watch can't be found and the phone settings show it as a previously connected device. If I request a connection, nothing happens. If I restart my phone, it connects. In the meantime I've missed calls and messages. 

2. I can no longer answer calls on the watch. I tried to resolve this in the community forum, performed all the suggestions, but it just doesn't work. 

3. I can no longer pay using Google Wallet. I again tried all suggested remedies, with no success.

This all happened since the V 4 firmware update. Many people are having the same problems. Google bought Fitbit shortly before that, and, of course, they sell their own Pixel watches, so I suspect they're not terribly concerned about Fitbit problems.

I'm now in the market for a new watch. I will never buy another Fitbit product. I also will never buy a Google Pixel watch. They destroyed a perfectly good watch. I'm considering the Amazfit Balance now, hoping they never sell to Google.
