Sense time after charging is way off

Not only do I have a problem with most features, I cannot even get a correct time after charging. Today's charge resulted in a time of 4:00, Jan 21. This turns out to be a very expensive bracelet. Surely there must be a way to correct the time and/or have it synch properly?

Hi @lgwoes -  your watch may sync time when charging with whatever device is logged in.

If this device is not correctly setup the watch may get the wrong time.

 

To fix this restart the watch and sync with the phone, assuming it is set correctly.

In the Fitbit App you may need to turn of Automatic time zone and select manually.

 

Also some watch faces may have errors and not show the correct time, try switching to a Fitbit clock face, if you are not using one.
