I have a Fitbit Sense that has just frustrated me over the past year for it’s awful exercise heart rate issues. Always lagging and under target. I realize this is a known active issue for this watch.
So I decided to connect my Charge 2 back to my account and use it just for cardio, going back to my sense for everything else.
For some reason, after my workouts my charge 2 keeps showing all of my heart rate activity as completely below active zones, which they are not. So over the past week I’ve have 4 workouts with this watch with an average heartbeat of 135 plus with zero active minutes. My sense registers them fine, even though the monitor is inaccurate.
So my choices are either use the Sense which registers way under my true heart rate or the charge which is more accurate but can’t seem to produce the right data in the app??

@rossipsu1 Those two watches use two different algorithms. You can't get zone minutes on a Charge 2. You should still get basic active minutes with the Charge 2? It's been a while since I used my Blaze for exercise, so I don't remember how active minutes and zone minutes watches react together in the app. But there's pretty much nothing you can do. Some that prefer the old active minutes have found the web dashboard still shows them.
