Hi, @SunsetRunner, may I suggest you check your phone settings (you do not mention what make or model you have) Go to the app tray on your phone and open the Fitbit app > check all permissions are allowed>check notifications are allowed>check battery use is unrestricted (some phones stop the app running in the background to save the battery we need the app to run continuously) and just for good measure go into storage in the app and clear the cache.

I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers

All permissions allowed...no restrictions whatsoever. This sense works maybe for a day then reverts back to 'notifications not working..a phone restart is needed'. Doesn't even work when I do that. Xiaomi Mi 11

Hi, @SunsetRunner , May I suggest you check through this article Fitbit Supported Devices, an earlier model of your phone did have special issues.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Yes I see where you are coming from but the Xiaomi mi 11 is a flagship. Connects (and doesn't disconnect) to Huawei talkband B6 perfectly. I'm not the only person to have connectivity problems with the Sense
