I have reset my sense multiple times through the button and tried to factory reset it through the button but no luck

Hi @SamTall - are you saying that you can't swipe the watch face.
For instance starting in the middle of the right edge can you swipe the face to the left, or does it not respond?
Presumably the watch is fully charged?
To check, in the Fitbit App ignore the information on the first screen, click profile photo, and next to the Sense photo see when it last synced, and the battery level.
If it synced more than 5 days ago the battery is most likely in need of charging, as it may not have enough charge to do so or there is another problem..

It's nothing to do with the battery, when I try to swipe left or right or even tap the screen nothing happens

Hi, @SamTall, welcome, you do not say how long you've had your "Sense", allowing you have taken the steps you note I think your best way forward will be to talk to "Fitbit Support" here. I recommend you use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
