Over the past few weeks, there have been several days when I discovered that the time on my Sense was between five and fifteen minutes slow. I never had this issue with any previous FitBit, and this individual one didn't seem to do so until recently. I don't leave the FitBit app running constantly, but I never have, and the clock never got out of synch with reality so often before! Synching fixes the time at that moment, but I really need a watch that stays accurate!

Generally time accuracy depends on the watch regularly syncing with the app. I don't know how accurate my Sense is when free running as I have never purposely let it run un-synced to the app for an extended period of time. I do know that some Fitbit watches drift out of time quite quickly when not synced.
My former Ionic was extremely accurate if left not synced. IIRC, it only drifted a second or two in a day un-synced. Other owners reported on this site that their Ionic became inaccurate very quickly when un-synced.
The Versa 1 was also quite variable between individual units when un-synced.
Best to leave it connected to the app as much as you can. Is there a reason why you need to disconnect it?

Hi @DrJanet98 - the first thing to try is restart the watch and see how it goes.
If the problem persists try changing the clock face to a Fitbit one.
A sudden change in time keeping is less likely to be a watch fault.
However If the watch is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, you can always take it back to where you bought it for replacement.
But before you do try a factory reset from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least a few minutes before doing anything with the watch once the process is selected.
If it is outside warranty make sure it is regularly synced. You can use the SimpleCheckUp app directly on the watch to verify how well the syncing and connecting is working.
