The touch screen on my sense will turn on but won't respond to touch. I've reset the watch multiple times with no effect. Any suggestions?

May want to forget device in blue tooth then reinstall.  Today I got some weird stuff happen. Fitbit logo kept flashing. Watch unresponsive. Put on charger until 25% then reinstalled. After that, watch became alive and all settings in watch and app were as before.
