Hi Friends,
Last a week ago, I found a update in my fitbit mobile App for Update tracker. That's was the worst mistake. My fitbit was in working condition but I tried updating tracker it started failing to update and even the trackers display screen vanished showing screen with download sign and multi language set up. I tried updating at least 12 times by all possible ways like switching mobile and tracker on and off, re-registering tracker, installing new fit bit app from playstore, registering freshly, location turned on etc. all possible steps but it won't update at all. Even connected on call twice with Google followed their instructions but all in vain. Google is also not taking accountability of the issue although the problem started because of their forceful update. The customer representatives solutions are like scrap the tracker and don't worry it doesn't cost you any money. Is there anyone who death with this issue and able to get a fix. Please help.

Thank you for providing all this information regarding this pending update on your Sense and the screenshot shared. Sorry to see the difficulty that you are experiencing.
I'd like to know if you've managed to reconfigure the device to your account throughout the entire process you've followed up to this point, and if so, could you please tell me what you see on your Sense screen?

The updates fail leading to failure of the watch functionality. I am attaching the image of watch front currently. The firmware update destroyed the tracker entirely.
