Sense very quiet when taking calls

When I am taking a call on my fitbit sense it is very quiet I can hardly hear the voice on the call I have turned up all Bluetooth from my phone and also the speaker volume on the watch itself with no luck am I missing something?

Is this after raising the volume? Even then, many feel that the volume is to low
