My Sense Fitbit was frequently vibrating and the Fitbit logo was showing on the face.
On the Sense Fitbit design, it will restart if you hold the button for about 10+ seconds.
After calling Fitbit support a few times for help case, I realized that my Sense was was not looking for new software but it was actually restarting.
I cleaned the Sense surface to allow the button to operate freely. The Sense has been working fine for a week. I guess the yard work I’ve been doing is what caused the issue. Thank you
