Replacement/Repair cracked screens

Hello fellow FB users 

Does anyone know where I can get a cracked screen repaired ? 

I am now once again wearing a cracked screen Sense . I purchased it in June 2022 to replace my Versa that I had had for years (that too was worn for a year cracked).

Both Fitbits had screen protectors but still falling from the height of a bathroom sink or a bedside table onto tiled floor did not protect the corners catching and cracking the screens (accept my own clumsy fault but the multiple

times you have to take it and off)

Frustratingly Fitbit on both occasions still do not offer an repair service or can direct to a repair service, they do offer a 35% discount to purchase a new one but having paid out 6 months ago approximately £250 again I will for now do a sticky tape job !

Fitbit do not offer a repair service, or protective covers in their shop so fingers crossed they will consider looking into a sturdier more robust product taking into the price to repurchase.  Thanks Maggie

Hi @MaggieOx - there is no repair service but check on your insurance for glass breakage.

Interesting that the screen protector didn't help, rather unfortunate.

A new Sense is fairly cheap now due to newer models [which are more expensive and even though they don't have so many features] but if the insurance pays so much the better.

If you stick with sticky tape be sure to avoid any water contact.
