Was excited to get the sense but very disappointed. The vibration notification is almost nonexistent even on strong. The Versa 2 was great and something I used often. Unfortunately I gave my Versa away. So disappointed to pay good money for a poor product.

Hi @Resslerkoreen. Welcome to the Community.
Thanks for sharing your experience with your Sense, and the steps tried on your own. I understand where you're coming from and just to confirm, may I know if the strength changes when adjusting the vibration settings? In case it doesn't change, have you tried restarting your watch? If you have and the issue persists, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support team so they can see what can be done to help you with this. They're available via phone and chat, just click here to get connected with them.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Resslerkoreen - unfortunately the vibration is a weak point, so far not yet addressed, if it can be.
Things to be aware of.
