I’ve had my Sense for about a month. It randomly reboots and sometimes just shuts off especially at night and does not turn on. Did a factory reset but that did not help. Contacted support today via phone and they sent me an email with two choices, buy another Fitbit model at 50% off or get a replacement one. I did not see a choice of money back so I took the replacement offer. Will see what new one is like when it arrives. Not very pleased so far with this device.
