Sense does not email low battery notifications

How can I make Sense email low battery notifications? My Alta HR used to do this before…

Look under notifications, you can select to be notified via email about low battery..

tap profile pick top left of today page

tap notifications 

make sure low battery notifications under email is toggled to on position.

@Francis1209   The Sense/Versa 3 added a Status Indicator feature with the latest firmware update.  One of the status indicators is a critically low battery and it you see it when you wake your clock.  You will see a red, nearly-depleted battery icon near the top center of the screen for 3 seconds.  You can read more about the status indicators on p 21 of the Sense manual.  I don't know if the "critically low" status indicator is at the same battery level as the email "low battery" level.

 

I'm not the type of person that reads email every day.  I just wanted to let you know of an additional option that is right on the device.  The status indicators were set to ON with the firmware update.  They can be found by swiping to the left until you get to Settings > Display > swipe up until you get to Status Indicators.
