Sense wasn't charging, resolved

My husband took a q-tip and cleaned the ports on the back of my watch, apparently just rubbing or whipping the back of my watch with the rubbing alcohol was not working that just pushed dirt into the contact holes on the back of my watch.  After he cleaned it with the q-tip my watch is now charging.  Take the end of the q-tip, dip it in alcohol and push it into the contact hole on the back of your watch turn the q-tip back and forth a few times and you should see some dirt on the end of your q-tip, if your watch is dirty.  He did this a couple of times and he also cleaned the prongs on my charger.  This did the trick, but not before we went out and bought a new charger thinking that was the problem.  Hopefully this will help someone else on here.   😁 Good luck!!

Worked first time but now it won’t charge at all. Tried multiple chargers, none will work. Thinking of switching to Apple

This worked for me for a few days. Then it went dead. I got a replacement and it did the same thing in about 5 months.

Thanks for this ‘tip’! I’ve used and old tooth brush with alcohol with limited success. I’ve also taken high grit emery cloth to the prongs on the charger to back sure they were able to contact well. (Just one pass is enough)
