My watch face fell completely off today and I am out of warranty. I wear my watch sporadically and I literally looked down and it was off. With this, I was told that I am only eligible for a discount. I have had so many Fitbit problems and replacements in the past that I finally decided to splurge on a Sense. For $300, you would think the watch would last a month past the warranty. I am incredibly disappointed and will no longer be a customer.
