Sense not recognizing Sp02

New to sense.

I don’t get any recordings for my Sp02, how to fix this?

if you sleep in long sleeves tighten up the band so your sleeve does not get between the watch and your wrist. Happened to me early on.

@desireevan Maybe just a silly reply but Fitbit devices record SpO2 only when sleeping. Are you wearing your Sense during your nights?

Let me try with another silly question. In which country are you? It might be that SpO2 is not enables/authorized.
