My wife recently bought a fitbit sense. For the last few days (About a week) the watch stopped connecting to the phone during the night.
The only solution that works is to restart the watch (Stop fully then start again) every morning.
The watch can not be seen among the bluetooth devices by the phone (or any other phone). So it looks like the problem is that the watch stops its own bluetooth connection.
By comparison, my daughter has a fitbit Inspire HR and seldom has any connectivity problems. When she does, restarting the phone fitbit app (Forced stop on Android) is enough to solve the problem.
Having to restart the watch of that price every day is not OK.
Again, this is a watch issue, not a phone app or phone problem.

Hi, @Smellyfrog! I'm sorry, I don't have a solution to your problem, but I can say that I use the Sense and do not have this issue, so it's not a systemic problem.
