Sense watch problems

I'm not receiving any messages or emails on my sense watch.  Can anyone advise

Hi @SunsetRunner  - check that bluetooth is on, the apps on your phone are sending notifications, that the Fitbit app is configured to allow the notifications.. see https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm?Highlight=set%20up%20notifications
