The Fitbit Sense will not auto sync..... it actually doesn’t even have the “all day auto sync” option. This Fitbit is twice as much as others that have this option. Also, why am I not able to check my temperature any time of the the day!? Why am I only able to see my O2 level if I have a certain clock face!? Aaarrrggghhh!

Skin temperature is only a single nightly average from the baseline
O2 also is a single average value for the night also
On the Sense it has the SpO2 nightly value in Health Metrics, you don't need a special watch face, you can use any clock face you like.
For the sync issue it is related to something not setup right. What's your phone?

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit App on the phone and remember to setup your notifications after its done. It may resolve the sync issue or in this document.
