I went swimming this week-end and my Fitbit Sense shut down not long after, saying it was out of battery (but it was above 50% just before). I tried to reboot the watch with no success...😢
Since then the watch simply refuse to charge, I tried with 2 different USB power bank, a powered USB Hub (where I usually charge the watch and is known to work, I successfully charged my old watch with that port just after testing the Sense) and directly on a computer. None of them triggered the watch to charge.
I tried to clean the contacts on the watch (and the charger) with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry and plug it again, but still no luck. The charger pins seems to all be normal, there is no damage on it that I can see, but to be sure I tried with another charger, and the watch is not charging either.
Then I left the watch plugged over night to see it it would wake up, but still no sign of taking any charge.. One thing that I managed to get is if I plug/unplug the watch multiple time it will show a screen with a battery icon with 0% in it. Holding the button does nothing.
I'm totally out of ideas on how to revive it, any suggestion ?

Update: I managed to get the watch to boot, not sure how, but only while plugged-in. But battery is still not charging...
The charging lightning is there on the battery icon, but the battery stays at 0% (has been running+plugged for over 3 hours now).
