My sense will not charge. I have tried multiple plugs, I have cleaned the connectors and nothing works. When I hold the button on the side, it comes up on the screen 0% charged. I am really frustrated. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions.

Lizzy, I am having a problem with my Fitbit Sense charging. On the charging cable one of the 4 little brass contacts is not springing back into position like the other three. It will not connect to my Sense to charge. Is there a way to fix this DIY or do I need to send the watch and cable back?

@greggt Seems quite a common problem.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with a replacement cable.
