My Sense stopped charging last Monday. It was down to about 5% when I hooked up the charger. About 4 hours later I went to get it, and it would not power up. It keeps trying to boot - the Fitbit logo comes on for about 5 seconds, then it goes off, the vibrate give a brief pulse, then a few seconds later it does the same thing and keeps cycling like this indefinitely. I bought a new Fitbit brand charger just in case it was the pin issue again (3rd replacement in a year) but it still kept cycling. It has been on the charger for 2 days now uninterrupted and is still cycling nonstop. It will not charge and will not power up. I have had the watch for a little under one year; I received it as part of the Scripps DETECT health study. I do not know if it is under warranty but it is currently useless to me. I have tried all of the self-solve suggested on here and nothing works. Any suggestions?
