I have read everyone's comments and done everything that is recommended.  Nothing works.

I am like everyone else I could have spent a little more for Apple watch and gotten something that works.

I read that sense controls only connects when a call or text comes in,  I just received a call and that did not happen.  I have followed all of the steps and no go!  Also like another person mentioned, you can walk into another room with out your phone and everything unsinks.  My old fitbit Charge 2 always stayed connected.  If I could return this Sense and get my money back i would!

FITBIT you need to get things fixed.

Hello @jklargent when you open the Bluetooth screen on your phone. 

Do you see Sense Controls and Sense as trusted devices. 

I'm not sure what is meant by un-sync.
