My Fitbit Sense will not turn on. It does not vibrate when I hold power button and will not respond to charging. I am a Fitbit premium member and have had this Sense for less than one year (Christmas gift).
Also, I had to buy a new one (Charge 5) yesterday to keep my 217 day step streak. I am training for a few triathlons and would like to use my Fitbit to track my training but need a reliable product. I would like to have my Sense replaced ASAP.
Please advise.

All of the exact same issues. It's extremely frustrating when I use and rely heavily on my fitbit Sense watch. Although I am not an apple fan, I may have to make the switch.

I am leaving on Friday for a physical fitness event and I won't have my fitbit unless I go out and buy another which I am not inclined to do. Fitbit should replace mine asap. 😤 I can't believe the poor quality and service after spending do much on this watch just or maybe less than a year ago. Interesting how it stopped working right near purchase anniversary. 🤔
