ECG app on Sense keeps asking to set up

The ECG on my Sense keeps prompting me to set it up on the app in my phone, but it was already installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm getting the same error message. Any ideas on fixes?

Happened to me too. clear cache on the app. Reboot phone and hold power button down on watch until it reboots. Should be ok then.

@DizNerd723 Welcome to the Community. @Pobster Thanks for stopping by to help our new member.

@DizNerd723 Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting. Just to confirm, if your Sense has the latest version, do you recall if this started after the update? What's the model of your phone? Also, is your watch syncing correctly with the Fitbit app?

If the issue persists after trying the steps suggested by @Pobster, please give a try to the following:

  1. Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Sense, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Make sure to complete the assessment and try using the ECG app one more time.

Hope this helps.
