A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that my sense charging has become very unreliable. It always snapped right on and simply charged. But I started to notice that I would grab my watch the next morning and it would not be recharged. I have cleaned the back of the watch and the four tiny contacts on the charger -- but this thing RARELY charges now. I did some searches online and there are a TON of people talking about how unreliable this setup is...not sure if it's the watch or the tiny contacts on the magnetic charger. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @SantacroceMJ get with customer support, they can "see" more of how your Sense is charging on their end. You shouldn't keep your Fitbit on the charger overnight.
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

I have decided to cut my loses and I have discarded this watch. Too frustrating.

@SantacroceMJ Welcome to the forums. @Odyssey13 Thanks for your great help.
@SantacroceMJ Thanks for every step tried prior to posting. This isn't the experience that we want you to have with the Sense, and I'm sorry you've gone through this inconvenience. The feedback shared in the forums never goes unnoticed as it helps us to evaluate our procedures, work on our products, and improve the experience with them.
