if Garmin can allow ECG in countries why cant Fitbit do the same??? rather stop using ECG as marketing tactic when you cant allow this is in all countries. What is the plan and would you ever be planning on doing it? Since previous posts on this top just gives a standard robotic answer, is there any one from the product team or any team looking at these posts?

It has to be approved by the country. This is not in the control of Fitbit. I am pretty sure they have applied for it in every country that they sell it.

@phaxla Welcome to the Community. @SunsetRunner Thanks for stopping by to help our member.
@phaxla Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about the Sense features. As our friend mentioned, Fitbit wants to ensure the compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to our medical products. I understand how you're feeling, your feedback and patience are truly appreciated. Our team will keep working hard to bring the ECG app to all our users across the world. Please keep an eye on this link which will be updated as soon as the approval is completed in each country.
See you around.
