Sense won't charge anymore

Hi everyone I see that alot of you are having trouble charging your Fitbit sense. I received mine as a gift for my birthday and now it is not charging. I bought new charging cables and went through the problem solving list and still not charging. Can anyone suggest anything else to do?

Hi @LisaCarson - so you specially cleaned it, tried a new charge cable, tried a new power source such as a PC.

Press the button to see if it vibrates at all or wakes, if yes it may be the screen.

 

If the screen is not working but the watch is working, see if it will sync, with the Fitbit App.

 

Also press the button for at least 8 seconds and see if it vibrates or the logo appears.

Check the charger, replaced my charger in March, now it now it's dead again!

Same problem back of charger has 4 prongs, the bottom left prong gets depressed

and it won't charge.  You can feel 3 of 4 prongs sticking up

 

oops I meant to say bottom right prong is flush or depressed

yes that is my problem also, did the new charger also do this?

Yes same problem, however, I talked w/customer service and they are sending me another charger for free.

 

I was surprised, cuz the 1st time they made me jump thru a lot of hoops 1st.  Like send my complaint in writing, 

then they wanted pictures...It took about a week before they finally decided to replace it.  A completely different 

experience.

Hi Vicki I called customer service they were great. I am still under warranty and they are sending me another watch. It supposed to be coming in on Saturday. Thank you for the advice to call.

I'm so glad you took my advise.  I've not yet rec'd my new charger, but I have been assured it's on it's way.

 

I've read of some complaint about customer service, but they were great & professional w/me
