Hi, I believe that my Sense is still under warranty but it is not charging with the original cable. I’m not sure if it is a cable issue or a connector pin issue. Is there a warranty form to complete? I’m not sure if I still have the purchase receipt from 7/22.

Hi, @Kport , before contacting Customer Support (which deals with all warranty issues) you will be advised to clean the charging contacts on the Sense. Instructions are here . You should also have a look at the trouble shooting article for a Fitbit that is not charging.
If after trying these trouble shooting steps your Sense still won’t charge please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com who will help you with your warranty query.

Check the charging cable
Make sure it's securely plugged into both your Fitbit and the power source. Try using a different USB port or wall adapter to see if that helps. And if you have a spare charging cable, try using that as well to see if the issue is with the cable itself.
