I’ve run into an issue where the HR monitor won’t go over 160. When it does it reads it in the 90’s to 120’s until my HR drops back down to the 160’s. Anyone else have this issue or does the sense not go over160? 😂 my versa would track 190’s no problem.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @Ken_The_RN - this may be a watch face issue, try with another clock face.
The best way to check the heart rate is in the Today app or in an Exercise app, however it is known the watch can be inaccurate during exercise or movements.

A warm welcome to the Fitbit community @Ken_The_RN.
I'm sorry to see that you've been having inconvenience with the accuracy of heart rate data from your watch.
Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information. This has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Thanks @Guy_ for your help!
