My Fitbit went black and stopped working at 9.20am - the time stamped of the last sync to my phone app. I did my normal routine of charging it in the morning and when fully charged put it back on. It was working fine for what appears to be about an hour. When I looked to see what time it was, the screen never refreshed or came on. So I thought maybe I misread the % charge and plug it back in again. Usually charging it will turn the watch back on but it didn't and eventually it started feeling warm, so I unplugged it from the charge. I have been searching the manual and the the community blogs but unable to find any assistance. I cannot even do a factor reset because I cannot turn it on. Any assistance or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Guy and MarreFitbit,
Thank you Guy.
I see MarreFitbit changed the title of my post.
Do either of you know if there is a way to turn on the fitbit without using the charger?
It was fully charged. And I normally charged it daily and it would take less than an hour, 45 mins to get to 99% or 100%.

@MichLee - if the watch is charged hold the watch button continuously for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
But if the watch is damaged that may not work either.
Just in case it's not properly charging check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
