Sense won't charge correctly

This is the second time I've had issues garging my fitbit sense i got a replacement watchface its been on charge  since I got it this morning 7-1-21 and it hasn't charged its still on charge at this point if it doesn't charge what  can I do

Have you tried pressing the left button for a few [3-4] seconds and see if it vibrates?

 

Also check the charger is properly connected and switched on just in case.

 

If it fails to charge at all its probably best to contact Fitbit Support  directly.They may be able to help you.

I've tried everything that is why I stated  second time its was charging when I put inon charge when I received it and the it decided last night it won't charge I left it over night and its at 20% from 35% so its scrwed
