My sense isn’t charging. Brought and tried the rubbing alcohol. And new charger. Still not charging !! Help

Hi there, @Casdaubney. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense and also trying a different charger before reaching out. 

Please note there are other things that might be preventing your Sense from getting a charge. For more details about that, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
