Sense won't charge

Hi. I've read about the short battery life, with the GPS and snore report, which I use both. My battery doesn't even last a full 24 hours. However the bigger issue is, when charging the device, it only charges up into the 90's percentile. I've had this since June 2021. The sell for me was the 4+ days battery life. I'm so disappointed. To many, $300+ may not be a lot of money, but to me I could have purchased a different device.

I know I can disable the "features" but those were part of the sell for me. I don't mind some extra battery loss but not even a full day of battery AND not charging to 100%? I've left it charging for 24 hours once, to get 93% charge.

Any one else have these issues?

As a first approach, I'd recommend trying the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?. These steps should help your Sense charge to 100%.

Regarding the battery short life, I understand where you're coming from. However, please bear in mind that as with any electronic device, the battery life will depend on how often certain features are used as with some of them you may have to charge your watch more often.

That being said, please follow the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life and make sure to charge your watch with the charging cable that came in the box.
