I have seen SO MANY other people having this problem! It is so frustrating! Paid too much for this watch to not get it to charge! I Supposedly have a Replacement on its way. But it’s been over a week. Dead FITBIT!! I am so infuriated right now! Anyone have any suggestions on how to get a dead Sense to charge???

I have the same issue. Looks like one of the prongs on my charging cord is shorter than the other 3. Won't charge. Mine is dead as well. Just purchased this new fitbit in May!

If the prongs are not all equidistantly protruding on the charging cable, buy a new charger on Amazon. There are ones that are reportedly more robust than
the ones Fitbit sells.
Do a search.

Hello Adubs22…thank you that I’m not alone. My Sense went through one round of no charge after which, it charged fully and worked fine. It’s been charging for weeks with no effect…it’s dead, Jim, it’s dead.
I have a question for you, what did you need to do to get a replacement sent? I love my Fitbit Sense and need it to actually perform its various functions.

I have the same issue, would charge off and on. The battery only lasted sometimes 1 day sometimes 3 days. during a bike event i had the watch's exercise mode on. I looked down and my watch was dead. Now it won't charge at all. Now I have to call for a replacement. my husband bought it in June for me.
