Hi there, @CliffDebue. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Plese note we currently aren't staffed to provide support in Dutch within the Community Forums.
We currently support French, Italian, Spanish, German, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English. Hopefully we can support more locales in the future. If you could reply me back in English, I'll be more than glad to help you.
Nevertheless, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here. Please stay tuned to your inbox, someone will reach out to you shortly.
In the meantime, I suggest trying the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If you have any additional questions about your Fitbit device or services, visit help.fitbit.com.
I've moved your post to the Sense board for organization purposes.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

It's more than likely the charger one of the 4 prongs disintegrates, I think it maybe a ground. Feel a new charger v one where the battery doesn't charge. You should see the old is so worn down on thar prong [electrode] that it no longer makes contact. Furthermore, it doesn't matter which or who's charger you use, fitbit's or an aftermarket. In less than one year today I'm on my 4th charger. Seriously, this may be my last fitbit. But who knows what pitfalls others have...
Terrible design, they need a dielectric of sorts, but that may be a design problem as you need electron flow...
