Literally took it out of box and won’t charge.
tried two different USB cables. Is this a default?

@Os1221 have you tried different chargers? Or plugging it straight to usb port of your computer? This way we could at least know whether it's charger or sense itself. I would reach out to Customer Support anyway as you will need a replacement.

My hubby ordered a new charged on Amazon. Going to try that, if not we will bring it back to Best Buy. It’s faulty. Hooking it up to my Computer didn’t work. ☹️

@Os1221 keep me posted. It's under warranty so Best Buy should exchange it.
